Baumero offers master classes in leather crafting, including handbag and accessory design, as well as providing education and training in essential knowledge and skills required to become a skilled artisan in the leather industry, such as leather selection, pattern-making, tool usage, reinforcement techniques, and sewing. This plays a crucial role in developing and nurturing talented human resources for our brand's future products, and can also assist students in starting their own businesses or pursuing careers in the leather industry.

우리는 창의성을 중요하게 생각합니다. 타사 제품을 무분별하게 카피하는 것을 금지하며, 디자인에 문외한 수강생이라도 강사와의 대화를 통해 얼마든지 자신만의 니즈나 취향이 담긴 디자인을 완성할 수 있습니다. 수업을 통해 감성이나 무드를 다루는 법, 소비자의 니즈를 반영하는 법 등 여러 가지 디자인 요소를 자연스럽게 이해하게 됩니다.

At Baumero, we place great importance on creativity. Copying other brands' products without permission is strictly prohibited. Even students with little design experience can complete their own designs that reflect their needs and preferences through conversations with instructors. In our classes, students learn to naturally understand various design elements, such as how to handle emotions and moods, and how to reflect the needs of consumers in their designs.

우리가 수강생을 교육을 할 때에 디자인이나 가죽공예다도 중요하게 생각하는 것은 제품을 대하는 제작자의 마음가짐입니다. 같은 사람이라도 제작할 때의 마음가짐에 따라 제품의 완성도가 크게 달라집니다. 어느 정도의 경지까지는 열심히 노력하거나 숙련된 기술이 있으면 올라갈 수 있지만, 최고의 경지에는 오로지 장인정신을 갖춘 제작자만이 도달할 수 있습니다.

At Baumero, we emphasize the importance of the mindset of the creator towards the products they make, whether it be in design or leathercraft. Even the same person can create vastly different outcomes based on their mindset during the production process. While hard work and skill can take you to a certain level of expertise, only a creator who possesses a true mastery of craftsmanship can reach the highest level of quality. Therefore, we strive to cultivate this sense of craftsmanship in our students during their education and training.
